Newport Pagnell Youth's badge is derived from the seal of Gervase Paynel. It contains the teams' first choice colours of royal blue and white as well as yellow which along with royal blue make up our change of strip.

Gervase Paynell was the Lord of the manor at the end of the 1100's and the beginning of the 1200's. Newport Pagnell took its name from the family. A port is a town so Newport means new town and Paynel became Pagnell with a mis-spelling of the 'y' turning into a 'g' and another 'l' added.
